Instructions for Initial Login for ParentsWeb
NOTICE: The school must have your current email address in the RenWeb system before you can set up your ParentsWeb login.
1. To access ParentsWeb, simply go to the home page of the
CCS website www.calvaryknights.com and click on the "ParentsWeb" link. You may also access ParentsWeb via
www.renweb.com.
2. Enter our School ID "ccs-ga" in the appropriate box.
3. Enter your email address (the one you submitted to CCS)
4. Click on "New Parent Login" (1st time only, after that you will
just enter your password to logon).
5. If your email address matches the email address that the
school has on record, a password will be emailed to you
at that address and you should see notice that reads “Thank
you. Your new password has been emailed to you.”
6. After receiving your password via email, you can then go back and login to ParentsWeb with your password.
7. When requesting your password via ParentsWeb, you may see a message that reads “If you do not receive the email within a
few minutes, you may call your school and they can give you
your new password.” Please realize that various internet
providers run at different speeds so please allow at least 1 hour
for the email to arrive before calling the school.
8. If after 1 hour you have not received the email with your
password, you may then call or email our ParentsWeb Administrator Debbie Wetherington in the Elementary Office,
706-323-0467, ext.213, for assistance.
