CCS Extended Care
Our Extended Care program is offered to Calvary Christian School
students who are enrolled in K-3 to 8th grade.
Extended
Care is open on school days 7:00 am - 8:00 am,
and
12:00 noon - 6:00 pm.

Extended Care Application for 2012-2013 is included in the Online Enrollment process. No Printable Application will be required for 2012-2013.
Rates During the School Year
The rates listed below are per child per day. You pay only for
the days
your child attends.
Before
School Care Only*
K-3 through 6th grade: $4.50 per day
After
School Care
K-3 through K-5: $11.00 per day
1st through 5th grade: $8.50 per day
6th and 8th grades: $4.50 per day
*If you use afterschool care on the same day, your before school care is included in the afternoon rate.
You
will be billed each month for the number of days your child stayed in our Extended Care program. At the beginning of each month you will be e-mailed a statement of the total days used for the previous month. Payments
are due by the 15th of each month starting in September and ending in June.
This rate does not include lunch. Students in K3-K5 will need a crib sheet and light blanket for nap time. Students will also need a change of clothes in addition to the clothes provided for the classroom. These items will be stored in your child's locker.
Our extended care closes each day at 6:00 pm. Your child and our staff desire for you to arrive promptly at 6:00 pm. We will assess a $10.00 late fee for each 15 minute interval beginning at 6:01 pm. This is to compensate the extended hours placed upon our personnel.
