"March Madness" Golf Scamble

Thank you to all who supported the 2008 "March Madness" Golf Scramble. Sixteen golfers participated in the benefit tournament held at Maple Ridge which raised over $6,000 to be used by our Athletics Booster Club in support of all of our teams. Our next golf tournament is being planned for the Fall.

Our Purpose

Almost 75% of the non-salary, operating budget for the CCS Athletic Department is derived from the activities sponsored by the Athletics Booster Club. In order for the school to hold a competitive position in interscholastic sporting events, it is imperative that the booster club be a strong and viable entity.

The primary purpose of the Athletics Booster Club is to assist in the development of a strong school spirit and to provide financial and other supportive measures for the athletic program.

Benefits of Membership

The tangible benefits of booster club membership include
the following:

• Free admission for up to 6 family members to all
  CCS home games (excluding post season games)
• Free Calvary Golf Umbrella
• Free door prize drawings during time-outs and breaks
  of home basketball games (booster club members only)
• Event reminders by email

The most important benefit, however, is the ability to build relationships with faculty, coaching staff, players, and the families you will come to know which is priceless.

How To Join

The cost to become a member of the athletics booster club is
an annual fee of only $100 per family (one-time payment or 4 monthly installments) which is good for all immediate family members.

Simply complete a registration form and return it along with your payment to the Calvary "Early Education" Office or to the Athletics Booster Club table at the next sports event you attend. Otherwise, you may MAIL your completed form and payment to Calvary Christian School to Attention: Susan Walker.

You will be mailed a membership card to show at each event.
For those paying in monthly installments, you will recieve your free gift after full payment.
