School Choir

The middle school choir, Refuge, recently participated in the GMEA music festival at First Baptist Church in Columbus.
The group received straight "excellents" for their performance!
The Middle School choir, Refuge, is composed of many talented middle school students. During the course of the year students learn to sight-read literature, to sing with proper vocal techniques, to harmonize with other parts, and to work as a team.
Performance opportunities for these students include District 3 Honor Chorus, Georgia All-State Chorus, ASCI Choral and Solo Festival, GMEA District Choral evaluation, "America Sings," and various school and community venues.
